These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into by and between the participant ("Participant") and Tiffany Lin of Energy Movers ("Provider") for the 1-to-1 single 25-minute spiritual channeling session ("Session") Son - Mother Healing. By booking and participating in the Session, the Participant agrees to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Nature of the Service:
    • The Service provided includes a 25-minute spiritual channeling session conducted by Tiffany Lin for the Participant.
    • The purpose of the session is to provide spiritual guidance and insight through channeling practices.
    • The advice given during the Session is intended for spiritual education and entertainment purposes only. It should not be considered medical, financial, career, or legal advice.
  2. Legal Disclaimer:
    • The Provider makes the Participant aware that for legal reasons, the spiritual channeling session and guidance are deemed for "entertainment purposes only", and any guidance/information provided cannot be guaranteed.
    • The session is intended to provide spiritual insight and understanding. Any decisions made by the Participant based on the guidance provided within the session are their responsibility. The Provider cannot be held liable for the Participant's decisions.
  3. Confidentiality and Privacy Policy:
    • The Participant is made aware that the content of the channeling session is confidential.
    • The Provider will not disclose the details or content of the session to any third party without the Participant's explicit consent unless required by law.
  4. Recording and Reproduction:
    • The Participant agrees not to record or reproduce the session in any form without the prior written consent of the Provider.
  5. Late Arrival and Cancellation:
    • The Participant is expected to be punctual for the session. If the Participant arrives late, the session will end at the originally scheduled time, and no additional time will be provided.
    • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund.
  6. Liability and Indemnification:
    • The Participant understands and acknowledges that the Provider shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from the session.
    • The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to the session.
  7. Modification and Termination:
    • The Provider reserves the right to modify or terminate the session, change these terms and conditions, or refuse service at any time with appropriate notice to the Participant.
  8. Acceptance:
    • By booking and participating in the session, the Participant acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
