I just had a fascinating and intense healing session with Tiffany a few days ago. Spirit definitely came through strongly through her with quite a dramatic shift in expression. Terms and Conditions for Monthly 1-to-1 Spiritual Channeling Membership

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into by and between the member ("Member") and Tiffany Lin ("Provider") for the monthly 1-to-1 spiritual channeling membership ("Membership"). The Membership is initially a 6-month commitment, after which it becomes a monthly rolling membership. By enrolling and participating in the Membership, the Member agrees to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Nature of the Membership:

    • The Membership includes one (1) 40-minute online spiritual channeling session per month, as well as unlimited chat support and guidance throughout the membership period.
    • The purpose of the session is to provide spiritual guidance and insight through channeling practices.
    • The advice given during the session is intended for spiritual education and entertainment purposes only. It should not be considered medical, financial, career, or legal advice.

  2. Membership Duration and Cancellation:

    • The Membership is initially a 6-month commitment. After this period, it becomes a monthly rolling membership.
    • To cancel the membership after the initial 6-month period, the Member must provide 14 days' notice to [email protected] via email.

  3. Scheduling and Session Rescheduling:

    • The Member is responsible for scheduling the 40-minute online spiritual channeling session each month.
    • In the event that the Member needs to reschedule a session, they must provide at least 48 hours' notice to the Provider. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiting the session for that month.

  4. Unlimited Chat Support:

    • The Member is entitled to unlimited chat support and guidance throughout the membership period.
    • The Provider will make best efforts to respond to messages promptly, but response times may vary based on availability and workload.

  5. Legal Disclaimer:

    • The Provider makes the Member aware that the spiritual channeling sessions are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
    • The sessions are intended to provide spiritual insight and understanding. Any decisions made by the Member based on the guidance provided within the session are their responsibility. The Provider cannot be held liable for the Member's decisions.

  6. Confidentiality and Privacy Policy:

    • The content of the spiritual channeling sessions and chat communication is confidential.
    • The Provider will not disclose the details or content of the sessions or chat communication to any third party without the Member's explicit consent unless required by law.

  7. Recording and Reproduction:

    • The Member agrees not to record or reproduce the session or chat communication in any form without the prior written consent of the Provider.

  8. Cancellation and Termination:

    • The Member can cancel their membership at any time after tteh initial 6 month commitment by providing 14 days' notice to [email protected] via email.
    • The Provider reserves the right to terminate the membership and discontinue the Member's access to the services at any time with appropriate notice to the Member.

  9. Acceptance:

    • By enrolling in the Membership and participating in the session, the Member acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
